This antenna is an essential component of the AN/APG-68 Radar System on the F-16 C/D Aircraft. The manufacture of this unit requires specialized techniques and precision work. The unit consists of numerous and complex component parts. The data list includes eighteen pages of drawings and specifications. It is estimated that could take up to two years to qualify. The estimated unit price is $128,211. The estimated annual buy quantity is 21 each. We are seeking companies who are in the business of manufacturing aircraft antenna assemblies. The only approved source is Westinghouse Electric (CAGE 18323). Potential sources must be approved by the system engineer, prior to be given consideration for contract award.
