United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) located at Fort Bragg, North Carolina has a requirement to complete the design and development from laser disks to Compact Disk (CD-ROMs) format and 3 1/2'' Diskettes approximately 140-160 hours of Spanish multimedia courseware that will be used to supplement classroom instruction (Inter-Language Roundtable (ILR) levels 0-1+) and standalone skill enhancement and sustainment (ILR levels 1+ -3) Computer Based Training (CBT). Courseware will address primarily listening skills with reading and writing skills being secondary. Audio and video courseware materials will be provided as Government Furnished Materials (GFM) but must be edited and transferred to Compact Disk (CD) format. Final deliverables will be 300 sets of the final courseware materials. Delivery and installation/testing of the CD ROMs and Diskettes will be at Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
