CESARONE, (215)697-9657 The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Philadelphia intends to issue a Request For Proposals for the acquisition of Video Teletraining Network Services for the Chief of Naval Education and Training (CNET) in Pensacola, Florida and at various sites throughout the U.S.. Services are based upon a CNET statement of work and will require the vendor to provide all management, systems engineering, equipment, maintenance and support services necessary to establish a video teletraining network in thirty-two (32) classrooms at twenty-five (25) sites around the country with options for approximately twenty (20) additional sites per year, five (5) of which may be outside the U.S. each year. Services are estimated to commence on 01 October 1996 and continue through 30 September 1997 plus two (2) option years. Offers will be solicited on a full and open competitive basis. It is intended to award a Firm Fixed Price type contract with options within each year for additional sites as discussed above. The Solicitation will require the submission of price and technical proposals. Evaluation for award will consider both price and technical factors.
