Dunn, (806) 376-2618 Provide all necessary tools, equipment, labor, and material to perform acoustic emission (AE) testing and ultrasonic testing (UT) on a minimum of eight and a maximum of twelve gaseous helium semitrailers which contain Department of Transportation 3T and Interstate Commerce Commission 3AAX seamless steel cylinders, for the U.S. Bureau of Mines, Helium Field Operations, Amarillo, TX. Testing to be performed at the Amarillo Helium Plant - located eight miles west of Amarillo, TX. Contractor or subcontractor shall hold an exemption from DOT to perform acoustic emission and ultrasonic testing of 3T and 3AAX seamless steel gas cylinders.
