Provide all necessary personnel, expertise, labor, special tools, engineering upgrades, diagnostic equipment, parts, materials and supplies necessary to provide technical support and expertise for on-site, full service maintenance including preventive maintenance, inspection and emergency repair of Government-owned Beckman manufactured instruments at the National Institutes of Health (NIH), Bethesda, Maryland and other NIH facilities within a 50-mile radius. Instruments include but are not limited to low speed centrifuges, ultracentrifuges, nuclear instruments, spectrophotometers, and high pressure liquid chromatographs. The resultant contract shall be for a period of 12 months commencing 10/01/96 with four successive 12-month option periods.
