Ogden Air Logistics Center (OO-ALC) is proposing to acquire engineering services for the review and maintenance of flight manuals for the F/RF-4C/D/E/G aircraft. OO-ALC is seeking companies who are in the engineering services business having the capability to provide rapid responses in order to maintain an capability to provide rapid response in order to maintain an effective Archery Flight Manual Program which is responsive to proposed changes from all users in a reliable and efficient manner. The maintenance of the F-4 Series Aircrew Flight Manuals Program requires the on-site support to provide the direct interface among the F-4 Division, Flight Safety, and the user organizations. The proposed contractor would be responsible for providing a qualified specialist who has rated aircrew experience and a comprehensive knowledge of F-4 Flight Manuals and the Air Force Flight Manual Program. This is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP) or an Invitation for Bids (IFB), we are only seeking companies who have the necessary capabilities and are interested in proposing to become an additional engineering services source.
