This acquisition will be UNRESTRICTED. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all interested business concerns as well as from SDB concerns. Replies must indicate the firm's size status such as large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, or 8(a). The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1542. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. Provide all labor, equipment, and materials required for the complete construction of a 3,100 SF addition as well as alterations to the existing 16,000 SF facility. This facility contains administrative offices, conference and classroom spaces, storage areas, communications/operations spaces, restricted and high security areas, and flight planning offices.
