This project consists of furnishing necessary supplies, equipment, services and labor to Design/Build an approximately 35,735 square feet Delivery Carrier Unit on a 4.7 acre site including extension of 4th street. This project includes site preloading, paving, landscaping, all utilities, off-site work, HVAC, electrical, structural, interior finish. Project completion will be 270 calendar days from issuance of notice to proceed. Cost range is between $3.0 million and $3.3 million.
