The project consists of providing FAA approved Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) lights on Runway 33; current regulator; trenching to 24 inches, backfilling, and compaction of trench; 1/2 inch and two inch conduits; FAA-L-824 Type C 5000 Volts XLP insulation conductors; re-using underground ducts and manholes that cross active runways, aprons, and taxi-ways and concrete pads. Commissioning PAPI Lights per FAA and U.S. Air Force Regulations. One job, Project YTPM 94-0130. Bid issue on or about 04 April 1996. Bid opening on or about 5 May 1996. Performance period will be 86 calendar days. Site work will be only during the period 6 August 96 thru 31 October 96. Estimated cost of construction is $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. This solicitation will be issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
