The proposed procurement is for technical services in support of the 160th for the Regimental data base and its associated Nightnet and Regnet Systems to be integrated with the existing SLAMS network. The contractor will be responsible for data base modifications and the integration of all networks into one overall system for support of the 160th in its National Command Authority Mission. The intended source is ARINC, 2551 Riva Road, Annapolis, Maryland 21401-7465. The proposed action is for services that will require detailed integration with a current project. The Government does not have sufficient data rights to the existing system which would permit full and open competition.
