The Continuous Emission Monitoring System is intended to perform exhaust gas measurements for test and evaluation projects on land-based diesel engines, gas turbines and boiler test sites located at NSWCCD-SSES. The system should also have the capability to be taken shipboard for testing on similar equipment. The system must be capable of satisfying applicable EPA, state and local certification requirements.
