Moore, (703) 693-2139 The Defense Supply Service-Washington, on behalf of the Office of the Secretary of Defense, PS/PAD, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Monterey Institute of International Studies, 425 Van Buren Street, Monterey, CA 92940, for a subscription for a 12 month multi-user site license to the following databases - 1) Emerging Nuclear Suppliers (ENS) Database (12 updates), 2) International Missile Proliferation (IMP) Database (12 updates), 3) CIS Nuclear Environmental Database (12 updates), 4) the CIS Nuclear Profiles (6 updates), 5) the CIS Nuclear Library Annex (3 updates), and 6) CNS Data Search Engine. No solicitation document exists, requests for such a document will be considered nonresponsive. Interested parties must submit a capabilities statement including detailed pricing information, that delineates the ability to meet the stated requirement. If no written affirmative response is received within fifteen (15) days from the date of publication of this notice, award will be made to Monterey Institute of International Studies.
