70 -- DBIRS REPLACEMENT PROJECT SOL DASW01-96-R-0044 POC Bill Hamilton (703)-693-2140 The Defense Supply Service-Washington, on behalf of the Office of the Under Secretary of Defense (Real Estate & Facilities), intends to acquire commercial off the shelf software and hardware required to implement a new Records Management System (RMS) and Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD) and additional services required to customize, integrate and document the system and train personnel. The integrated RMS and CAD systems will be used by the Defense Protective Service (DPS) to replace the existing Comprehensive Law Enforcement System (CLUES).
