Grocery paper bags shall be Heavy Weight, 70 lb basis weight and 60 lb basis weight (size 25 and 12 for 60 lb) and a 40 lb Insulated Ice-Cream (1/2 gallon and gallon sizes). An offer shall be submitted for delivery to all Commissaries located within a Region. Offers may be submitted for any choice of Regions. Award will be based on ''all or none'' for each region. A Firm-Fixed-Price with Economic Price Adjustment Requirements Type Contract is contemplated. Solicitation is to be issued on an unrestricted basis.
