The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, and supplies, except as specified in the Statement of Work as government-furnished, while operating and maintaining a complete and up-to-date library of technical documentation and reference materials for TACTRAGRUPAC. The contractor shall provide library services consisting of receipt, storage, research, inventory, maintenance, circulation, shipping, requisition, and distribution of technical documentation and publica- tions. The preparation of documentation and related record keeping will be performed at TACTRAGRUPAC using government-furnished micro- computers. The contractor shall provide personnel capable of obtaining and maintaining a SECRET security clearance. The proposed contract is for a base year and three (3) one year options, to commence 10/01/96.
