S -- GROUNDS MAINTENANCE AND LANDSCAPE CARE FOR THE U.S. ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY, CINCINNATI, OHIO SOL 96-52 POC Contracting Officer, Bill Wise, (513)366-2025 The Contractor shall provide grounds maintenance services for the lawns, grounds, trees, shrubs, plantings, and parking and sidewalk areas at the six facilities operated by the USEPA in the Greater Cincinnati area. Work shall include lawn mowing and trimming, tree and shrub trimming, planting and maintenance of flower beds, periodic application of fertilizers, and control of plant pests and diseases. The total area to be maintained comprises approximately 18 acres for the six facilities covered under this acquisition. Anticipated performance period is April 1, 1996 through September 30, 1996.
