Burns, Contract Specialist, 703-875-6052 The U.S. Department of State has a requirement for daily single room accommodations for security agents during the annual United Nations General Assembly in midtown New York. The rooms shall be located in one facility and no further South than 41st Street; no further North than 48th Street and no further West than Park Avenue in New York City. Eighteen (18) contiguous daily rooms will be required, in which all standard furniture is to be removed and replaced with 25 tables (approximate size: 2'6'' x 6' each) and 50 chairs to be provided by the contrctor. The Government intends to award a contract for one base year and two option years.
