Project involves: Alterations to the Video Services Office Suite, Rooms B295, B296, and B297. Remove/replace wall partitions and ceilings; repair openings in existing walls; provide/relocate electrical outlets, light fixtures, interior doors/windows; modify raised floor sections; provide new ceiling tiles, carpeting, wall carpet for sound treatment; make HVAC changes; provide new VAV terminal, ''Chroma-Key Panel'' for video productions and specialized hall light/signage. Make alterations to four conference rooms as follows: modify lighting controls; provide/relocate light fixtures; and provide new track lighting. Purchase and furnish to the Government, but DO NOT install list of special audio/video equipment as shown on the drawings. Equipment consists of tape storage, volume controls, furniture, consoles, special lighting grid, and digital & analog production equipment.
