Work includes general construction, mechanical and electrical work, necessary removal of existing construction and certain other items. Work consists of installing a unitary split heat pump system with duct work, air distribution and controls, to provide air conditioning for room C-11 in building 64. Contractor shall install a 10-ton system consisting of a 10-ton air handling unit matched with two 5-ton heat pumps to better match system capacity to HVAC load. System shall include the capability of being connected to the existing Landis & Gyr Powers Energy Management System. All in strict accordance with plans and specifications.
