38 -- HYDRAULIC EXCAVATOR POC For a Solicitation copy or for information on this procurement, call Jean Scott (810) 574-7227 Sources are sought for 2 types of hydraulic excavators, Diesel engine driven, crawler-mounted, with hydraulic quick connect/disconnect coupler system for use with a variety of attachments. Type I will require heavy duty trenching bucket, utility bucket, and hydraulic thumb clamp. As required, type I will also operate a dredging bucket, hydraulic Hammer/breaker for crushing materials and non-explosive demolition Operations and a Cutter/crusher for demolitions and cutting concrete and rebar. Type II will come equipped with a Rock drill which can be removed and a Rock bucket attachment installed. These attachments will also be procured.
