This system discovers LAN problems, identifies their origin and provides a diagnosis. The device must have a full protocol stack decoder. LAN Analyzer must provide some analysis of the data to include possible problems and solutions. Statistics of network utilization, collisions and errors is requisite. Device must be intuitive, easy to use and require little or no training. Device will be used in tactical environments. The estimated cost for this effort is $60,000.00 Award will be made subject to the availability of funds. See Note 22.
