The Defense Information Technology Contracting Office (DITCO) is seeking sources, technical information and solutions, approximate component pricing and industry comments on a draft statement of work for an Interactive Voice Response System (IVRS). The requirement is for a system to accept telephone calls, query an Oracle corporate database and respond with a text to speech and/or FAX format. The IVRS should also be able to interact with the Oracle corporate database and be able to FAX requested documents. The objective is a turn-key solution that meets the requirements of the specification (hardware, software, services, training, integration, configuration and installation).
