Knotz at Area Code (612) 370-2201 The USDA, Agriculture Marketing Service, (AMS), Cotton Division, Memphis, Tennessee, intends to acquire four items: (1). 17,550 Poly Spiral bale bags for flat bales, 66 x100 inches or (2). 17,550 spiral sewn burlap bags, 66 x 100 inches; (3.) 16,700 wire bale ties, 10 gauge, 10 feet by 3 inches, six wires each pattern, and (4). 2,350 wire bale ties, 10 gauge, 10 feet, six wires each pattern. Unit of issue is each. Bags shall meet National Cotton Council specifications dated June 1995. Delivery requirements by location from June 1, 1996 through September 1, 1996. Delivery to several locations throughout cotton growing regions of the United States. A fixed price contract. F.O.B. destination. The solicitation to be released on or about March 18, 1996.
