This matertial is used to remove organic coatings from Navy equipment. Subject material shall be produced from plastic stock of a uniform color, hardness, and density, and shall meet United States Military Specification MIL-P-85891 (AS), Type V, Grade B, 20/30 Mesh, thermoplastic. A firm-fixed-price, requirements contract is anticipated. FOB destination to NADEP Jacksonville. Period of performance is one year base period plus four (4), 1 year option periods.
