The Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation plans to issue a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to review the three (3) U. S. Great Lakes Pilot Associations 1995 CPA audits and financial statements, and conduct a detailed analysis of the reported expenses. The Great Lakes Pilot Associations are private entities with Certificates of Registration which gives each association the monopoly privilege of providing pilotage services in their Great Lakes pilotage district. The Associations are located in Cape Vincent, New York; Port Huron, Michigan; and, Superior, Wisconsin. The review shall be accomplished in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. This work shall be completed sixty-three (63) days after purchase order award. The RFQ will be released approximately March 18, 1996 and the RFQ's deadline for receipt of quotations will be approximately April 2, 1996. Requests for ``Request for Quotations'' package may be requested by mail or faxed to 315-764-3235 and must be received no later than 15 days after CBD publication. See Note 1.
