R- The US Department of Education is seeking proposals to provide support to the NCES/State Post Secondary Education Coordination Network (The Network). The Network allows the Department to maintain close communications and direct access to the state higher education executive officers, as well as other high-level state education officials. The Network also serves to represent the states' mutual interest in postsecondary data selection, collection, analysis, and utilization. The successful contractor shall serve as a liaison to the states; coordinate conferences and meetings; provide technical assistance; produce data manuals; produce and disseminate publications; and conduct feasibility studies. The period of performance is for twelve (12) months with four (4) 12-month option periods. Anticipated release date is: March 14, 1996 and closing date is : April 16, 1996.
