The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Patuxent River, Maryland has a requirement for a three year Basic Ordering Agreement with Lockheed Sanders Inc., 65 Spit Brook Road, P.O. Box 868, Nashua, NH 03061-0868. The BOA is for the aquisition of materials and nonpersonal services necessary for the repair and servicing of Antenna Groups OE-120(XN2)/UPX and OE-120/UPX and their subassemblies. Lockheed Sanders, Inc. is the original equipment manufacturer and owns many of the data rights and drawings pertinent to the OE-120/UPX. Lockheed Sanders, Inc. is also the only source possessing the technical capability and knowledge to identify faults, make needed repairs to the equipment and provide the necessary high-level system engineering and spares support. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
