R- A contract will be awarded to a contractor to provide conference planning and information dissemination services in support of the Department of Education, Office of Migrant Education's National Coordination Activities. Logistical support and technical assistance are needed to arrange and facilitate effective meetings in support of program operations. Capability to produce printed documents is also required. It is anticipated this will be a cost reimbursement type contract with a base period of 15 months and a total of three (3) 12 month option periods. In accordance with the Improving America's Schools Act of 1994, Section 1308-Coordination of Migrant Education Activities, competition is limited to State educational agencies, institutions of higher education, and other public and private entities.
