The proposed contract shall be an IDIQ type with (1) base year + (4) option years. The requirements shall be identified by individual delivery orders. The solicitation shall be issued on or about 05 March 1996. A presoliticitation conference will be held at Whiteman Air Force Base in the Recreation Center on 19 March 1996. The conference shall be for the purpose of explaining the method of contracting, work identification and contract payments.
