70 -- UPGRADE OF EXISTING GLOBAL CONTROL MODULES AND ASSOCIATED HARDWARE TO VERSION 10 AUTODOC FROM SIEBE ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROLS SOL N00178-96-Q-0002 DUE 041596 POC Roberta C. The contractor shall provide software sequences in AutoDoc for 48 GCM's (Global Control Modules including LCM's, MZII's and PEM1's) located at NSWCDD, Dahlgren VA. This will upgrade the current systems to version 10. The contractor shall also provide auto-dial auto-answer phone modem connection to the Facility Management System. In addition 24-hour phone line access shall be provided. Effective for one year from date of award. NSWC plans to award this requirement on a sole source basis to OEM, SIEBE Environmental Controls, 11191 Air Park Road, Ashland, Virginia 23005. Coverage shall also include documentation.
