Provide to the VA Medical Center, full time equivalent Physical and Occupational Therapists, for a 40 hour work week Monday through Saturdays, except federal holidays, 7:30AM to 4:00PM. Interested bidders must have Therapist(s) readily available to perform the duties outlined within two weeks after contract award. Estimated award is anticipated the week of April 21, 1996. Offerors responding to this Invitation for Bids will be required to submit along with their bid, the credentials of the Therapist(s). Therapists must have one year of experience performing as a licensed Therapist and experience working with an adult and geriatric population. Failure to submit credentials of the Therapist(s) along with the bid may render the bid as non-responsive. A base bid and two additional optional years is anticipated. Bidders may submit a bid on Physical Therapists or Occupational Therapists or a bid on Physical and Occupational Therapists. Multiple awards will be made. Issue date for this solicitation is March 7, 1996. Request for bidding documents must be submitted in writing.
