Waterman, (520)629-4610 Contractor shall provide Mobile Lithotripsy service to include: Mobile Dornier System MFL 5000 (or equal), in good working order, housed in a custom-built trailer (or at least comparable quality), trained technician, driver and all consumable components. Contractor shall be required to travel to the VA at a mutually agreeable schedule of one or two days per month, or on an as necessary basis. Solicitation packages will be available on approximately 3/18/96. All requests for solicitations shall be in writing on company letterhead. (0058)
