The Library of Congress, Photoduplication Service, has a requirement to contract with an experienced firm to provide for the full time on-site operation of the Library's preservation microfilming. This acquisition of commercial services is subject to OMB Circular A-76. The contractor shall provide all skilled labor and materials to perform preservation microfilming services and will have the option of using Library furnished equipment currently used by Library staff in Photoduplication Service, located in the John Adams Building, 2nd & C Streets S.E., Washington, D.C. Contract period one year with four one year options not to exceed 60 months. Due to the nature of the documents to be microfilmed, all work must be performed on-site.
