We are soliciting in-kind donations or sponsorship for the Fitness Center Doubles Racquetball Tournament to be held on March 20 - 24 1996. The event will take place at the Elmendorf Fitness Center. The event will include an awards ceremony after the tournament is completed. We are asking for sponsorship of 100 t-shirts (with logo), food and beverages, trophies for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each division and door prizes. The total cost is approximately $2500.00 for this event. We will accept all or part as sponsorship for this event. All offers will be considered. More than one sponsor/donation may be accepted and additives will be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitation must be received not later than 1 March 1996. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated fund instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate appropriated funds of the government. (057)
