Provide 1) Production of a full motion, main, audio-visual show of 6 to 8 minutes in duration and a stepped-frame interprogram of between 2 to 3 minutes using a Government-furnished outline script to provide visitiors to the Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area Interpretive Complex (YHONA), located on the seacoast near Newport, Oregon, perspectives of the site. 2) Write, direct and produce a 3 to 4 minute video program which will present a guided walking tour of the historic Lighthouse located at the site. 3) Provide 5 audio only programs of up to 2 minutes in duration of sea and shore birds and marine mammal sounds, found on site. Video format shall be 16mm or Betacam SP, D2 Master; type C1'' duplication master with final provided on Laser disk and VHS tape.
