Request for Proposals for design, fabrication, and delivery of porcelain enamel exhibits and related signage for USFWS in the states of CA, NV, HI, ID, WA & OR. The contract period will be from award to Sept 30, 1996, with three one-year options. The total annual amount will not exceed $150,000 with individual orders ranging from $3,000 to $80,000. More than one indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery contract will be awarded. Each award will receive orders of a minimum amount of $2,000 for the total contract period. The government may award on the basis of initial offers received, therefore the offer should contain the offeror's best terms from a cost and technical standpoint. Offers to accomplish this effort will be evaluated by a committee of USFWS personnel. This is a total small business set-aside. (054)
