Description of Work: Project VKAG941125 (L.I. 6069000): Repair existing flightline fillstand and install additional truck fill stand at pump house 1, facility 4551, including: replace failed concrete/asphalt containment roadway; increase line size at current fillstands; replace control valves with rate of flow non-surge check valves; replace hose and system with mechanical pantographs and; install one additional fillstand. Project VKAG 941126 (L.I. 6070000): Repair existing jet fuel receipt and fillstand area at Building No. 3401; replace failed/deteriorated concrete/asphalt; replace off-loading header, isolation valves and emergency stops; relocate fillstands to allow simultaneous commercial fuel loading and Government refueling. Project VKAG941127 (L.I. 6071000): Install one truck fillstand at Pump House 2 (Facility 4552) complete with supply piping, control valves, isolation valves, meter and pantograph. Repair existing pavement area and access road to meet current environmental and safety standards. Project VKAG941128 (L.I. 6072000): Repair existing receipt and transfer pumps, flow control valves, electrical controls and piping at Building 3401 to allow simultaneous receipt by commercial tanker or pipeline and transfer of fuel from bulk storage to the hydrants systems or Government refuelers. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. Charge for solicitation documents is $25. Make check payable to F&A Officer.
