Indicate interest in bidding as the prime or as a subcontractor on the project, and if appropriate a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. This acquisition will be unrestricted. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all interested business concerns as well as from SDB concerns. Replies must indicate the firm's size status such as large business, small business, small disadvantaged business, or 8(a). The standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) is 1541. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17 million average annual revenue for the previous three years. Provide all labor, equipment, and materials required for the complete construction of a 9,000 SF addition to an existing aircraft maintenance hangar, approach pavements from the existing aircraft parking apron to the new addition, and miscellaneous renovation to three (3) maintenance support facilities. The hangar addition will provide a complete enclosure for a C-130 aircraft. The renovations in the maintenance support shops will address administrative offices, conference and classroom spaces, storage areas, industrial shop areas and aircraft flight systems maintenance shops. The period of performance is 270 calendar days. The cost for this facility is estimated between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Telephone responses will not be accepted.
