Construct Base Fire Alarm System, Toledo Air National Guard Base, Swanton, Ohio. Work involves furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supplies to install a complete and useable base fire alarm system. The proposed work to be accomplished includes but is not limited to the following: demolition of existing alarm systems within the limits indicated on the contract documents (approximately 16 buildings of various sizes), installation of new fire alarm and smoke alarm systems in various buildings, and installation of signal transceivers in all buildings to be monitored by new control station. The following devices shall be required: bells, horns, visual signal devices, manual stations, smoke detectors, heat detectors, annunciator panels, fire alarm control panels, graphic annunciator panels, and radio transmitters. Also included is limited excavation and pavement repair required to extend underground utilities. This project is estimated to cost between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 1542. The applicable small business size standard including affiliates is no more than $17.0 Million average annual revenue for the previous three years. There is a twenty ($20.00) dollar non-refundable charge for the solicitation package. Payment must be paid in the form of a cashier's check, certified check, or money order payable to the U S Treasury.
