Project YTPM 96-0077, Repair Feeder, Building 7980. The project consists of providing power to an existing single phase, 15KVA transformer, approximately 1200' away from an existing enclosure. The existing direct buried cables have failed and shall be replaced with 15KV #2 EPR cables installed in a 4'' concrete encased duct. The project entails trenching, excavating laying conduits, placing concrete, pulling cables, backfilling, compaction, and testing of all connections and cables. Bid issue on or about 13 Mar 1996. Bid opening on or about 27 Mar 96. Performance period will be 35 calendar days. Estimated cost of construction is $25,000.00 to $100,000.00. This acquisition is being solicited in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The SIC (Standard Industrial Classification) Code applicable to this project is 1711.
