Scope of work (inclusive of options) consists of miscellaneous HVAC improvements including but not limited to replacing and/or modifying air handling units conversion of the existing pneumatically controlled dual duct boxes to new direct digital control, balancing central HVAC equipment, replacing the existing boiler with new field assembled water tube boiler, asbestos abatement, new fire proofing, new lobby ceiling, and replacing gate valves for induction units at the JC Kluczynski Federal Building and EM Dirksen Federal Building in Chicago, Illinois. The completion time is seven hundred twenty (720) calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. Estimated cost range is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000.
