This solicitation is not 100% set aside for small business. Standard Industrial Code is 1623. Small Business size standard is $17 million. A limited number of bid packages, one set of specifications and half size plans, will be available and issued on a first come first serve basis. Telephone requests will not be honored. Plans and specifications will not be mailed within a 20 mile radius of the issuing office, but may be acquired in person.
