The general intention of the contract is to provide and secure asbestos removal and non-asbestos material installation for interior and exterior work in various buildings. The work shall include, but not be limited to, all labor, supervision, transportation, monitoring, testing, removing and disposing of debris, and other work to facilitate the removal of asbestos material from interior and exterior items, actual removal of the asbestos materials, and incidental related work. Items so prepared and ready to receive insulation shall be finished with non-asbestos materials. This solicitation is an Indefinite Quantity Type contract which will include a base year and two option periods. The yearly estimated cost range is between $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00.
