The work consist of covering approximately 17,900 S.F. of exixting build-up gravel roof using Duro-Last product. The Contractor shall be an authorized applicator of Duro-Last product. The new roofing membrance shall be able to withstand ponding water, be puncture resistant to gravel below as an existing underlayment, at a minimum maintain the existing fire rating, and shall meet Factory Mutual system I-90 wind uplift requirements. The Contractor shall provide a 15-year, No-Dollar-Limit warranty. Estimate price range is $50,000.00 to $75,000.00.
