S. Coast Guard Research and Development Center plans to procure on a full and open basis Environmental Systems Research Institute (ESRI) Geographic Information System (GIS) Software for its Iceberg Data Management and Preduction System (IDMPS) computer system. The software consists of: ESRI Arc/INFO version 7.4 for the HP/UX 10.0 operating system; ESRI Arc/GRID for the HP/UX 10.0 operating system; ESRI Arc/VIEW version 2.1 for the Microsoft Windows NT 3.51 operating system. Support for the above software will be provided for one year. The licenses shall provide telephone support for at least two people, software upgrades, and documentation upgrades. No telephone requests shall be accepted. All requests for a bid package must be in writing and addressed to the Contracting Officer, U. S.
