A SOLICITATION NOTICE WILL BE PUBLISHED BEFORE INVITATIONS ARE ISSUED. The work includes draining the existing 280,000 gallon water ground storage tank, cleaning the interior (approximately 5900 SF), disposing of the solids (estimated to be 120 CF), sealing any cracks found during the internal inspection (estimated to be 170 LF), removing and replacing approximately 3100 SF of existing built-up roof, replacing the screen aerator, ladder, ventilation stacks and water level gauge; and cleaning the tank exterior (approximately 2400 SF), patching all existing exterior cracks (estimated to be (170 LF) and re-coating the exterior of the tank (approximately 2400 SF) and other incidental related work.
