INVITATION FOR BIDS: IFB, drawings, and specifications will be available on or about 12 Mar 96 Add/Alter Missile Alert Facilities. Work is located at various locations within the Minot AFB, North Dakota, Missile Complex. Work is 67% general, 22% mechanical, and 11% electrical. Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, tools, equipment, materials and performing all operations in connection with the addition of a recreation room and sleeping rooms, and interior renovation of the existing facility. Work is in a restricted area and consists of a 240 day performance period. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
