Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, equipment, supplies and supervision necessary to near white sand blast the exterior metal surfaces of four (4) water towers (facilities 123, 234, 537 and 674) and apply four (4) coats of paint in strict accordance with Technical Provisions and Drawings for JFSD 940008. Work shall be accomplished at Grand Forks AFB, ND. The performance period shall be 150 calendar days after the date of notice to proceed. Specifications for this project will be issued on 3 1/2'' computer disks. Drawings will be issued in hard copy. Specifications will be Microsoft Word for Windows 6.0 files. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. This action is being issued unrestricted. Project requirements will be made available on or about 18 Mar 96. (054)
