This is an effort to award a sole source contract to Southern Research Technologies, Inc. (SRT), to make modifications to the optics design of a government owned, state-of-the-art imaging infrared (IIR) seeker test bed (STB) while maintaining its present levels of performance with regard to image quality, gimbal stabilization, noise levels, etc. i.e. the required optical change must be compatible with the existing test bed hardward.
