The contractor shall provide all necessary maintenance labor, repair parts, maintenance supplies, tools, to perform annual maintenance and on call service and/or, repairs on compressors, drives and compressor auxiliaries at Bldgs. 31, 506, 3028 and 3150 in accordance with the Statement of Work. Period of performance will be for one year with two option years. This procurement will be 100% small business set-aside. See Note 1.
